Two things fuel the rock n roll souls aboard Nightliners- beer and coffee! So, for our latest collaboration, we have teamed up with our lovely neighbours Curved Brick Roastery to create a new beer - Nightliner - a 5.7% Coffee Porter.

The beer is made with two Curved Brick coffee brands, Spectrum and Clock 66, that were used in the mashing stage, whirlpool with the hops and a two phase cold infusion during conditioning to provide an abundance of intense, complex coffee notes in both the aroma and taste. The 15kg of coffee provide the focal point of the beer but drinkers can also expect hints of dark chocolate, forest fruits and a pleasing acidity.

For us Nightliner embodies the commitment to quality shared by Signature Brew and Curved Brick, and is a testament to the creativity and passion of our brew team here. We’re hugely enthusiastic about our role within Leyton community, so it’s been incredible to have the opportunity to collaborate with one of our favourite neighbours and launch the beer in a great Leyton pub!

Nightliner is being launched on Wednesday 1st March both online and at The Leyton Star pub. Along with the beer being served on cask and keg local burger experts We Serve Humans will be creating a very special one off burger using the beer along with chilli and chocolate.

The teams from Signature, Curved Brick and We Serve Humans will be there en masse to celebrate the three way collaboration and we hope that you can come and join us!
