On this fine Monday we’re terribly excited to release the second edition of the Solo : Series. Bringing the tropical flavours of South America is the much loved hop at SBHQ, Simcoe. It was first used here in Candela Gold and has been a firm favourite ever since with its massive summery kicks.

Like the first addition in the Solo Series we’ve kept the malt bill super pale (ABV coming in at 5%) with just a little oats for body, allowing the star attraction to be the Simcoe Hops. The aroma and flavour is a tsunami of Passionfruit with hints of citrus, tropical fruits and pine.
